We found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok - nothing special. The pool was nice if a little on the cool side. Fabulous shower in the room. Only complaint is that we had to make a 20 minute journey at night with our child to get anything to eat. It would’ve been so much better/helpful if the hotel provided some hot food in the evenings, especially for families.

A lot of potential, but did not meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Hotel has nice décor, larger rooms and comfortable beds. Room was visibly dirty upon arrival - floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned, dust and hair in all corners and underneath furniture. Walls in bathroom were dirty and smudged, toilet askew. There is no housekeeping, unless you put a sign on the door (which we were not informed about). “Housekeeping” was limited to folding 2 quilts and supplying 2 small hand towels in our 3-person room – they did not empty bins, replace used coffee mugs, refill coffee station or supply toilet paper etc.. Some staff went the extra mile being service minded and informative about the area. Other staff were just plain rude and made us feel unwelcome and a nuisance. Location is away from the center of Kreuzberg, but with a nice back yard the hotel is suitable for a quieter business or family stay.

It’s OK - location is ok, room is quite nice and spacious, good shower, pool fine but the staff aren’t very friendly, little care given Location could be better Aircon didn’t work so had to go downstairs for someone to fix it. Not friendly, no smiles etc The problem I have is that nothing is explained at all - like the pool, you have to book, then you have to go get a special card key but nothing is explained so you have to work it out for yourself. Meant to get a free drink - that didn’t happen. Just a shame as it could be good but it’s also very expensive I think. Find something better

Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was great, though maybe a little pricey. Hotel admin was especially helpful dealing with our various Covid-related cancellations and rebookings!

We had a perfect stay in this very modern, beautiful designed Hotel in a central area of Berlin. It‘s superclean, spacious and the staff is very very kind and flexible. The breakfastbuffet is perfect , the rooms are very relaxing. We stood here in winter - but the garden outside looks inviting! The pool and spa is gorgious ! We stood here with our whole family with small children - but we got some separate places that we had not the feeling to disturb anybody. Highly recommended !
